So I was looking at buying a Triton Mike Bucca Bull Shad Slow Sinking Swimbait probably at 6” for my first. Read a lot of good things about it but was wondering what color should I go with first? Dirty Bone or Gizzard Shad? I would be throwing them basically exclusively at Dixon Lake and Lake Wohlford in Escondido, CA. I haven’t had any swimbait luck at either lake yet expect for a few followers so I was hoping this would be the bait to do it at this time of year? Any input would be appreciated, especially from you SD guys. Should I get this bait? Or am I wasting my time with this one at these particular lakes? Thanks!

Hey guys and gals, the title says it all. I am looking to buy a few Bull Shads if anyone wants to get rid of them. I'm looking to add them to my collection and fish them. I've never fished one and I want to know what all the hype is about. I am a tournament fisherman so I'm really looking for the 6 inch versions. ( if anyone has advice on them it is greatly appreciated as well ) Any shad color is fine, and I am looking for the slow sink and the fast sink as well.
