Looking to trade for a Hinkle shad in shad. Not too concerned about the condition. Wanting to trade for a MS Slammer, a DEPS 175 and a DEPS 175. All the baits are in good shape but have been fished, see pictures and ask any questions for best descriptions. I never could get one of the DEPS to swim to my liking. So I have 2 OG Deps 175 SS and one of them was not swimming correctly. Basically dead action unless I burn it back. So I weighed it compared to my other one that swims right. Well the good one weighs 84 grams and the bad one is 76g! So pretty big difference. So do I just get new weights? Add tungsten putty? How do you get old weights out? Help please haha!

I'm new to the sb game so I apologize if this is a stupid question... I've been looking to pick up some Deps Slide Swimmer 175's for next year and I'm seeing something confusing with the packaging of these baits. Some listings on ebay/online tackle stores/etc. title the bait as a slide swimmer but are being shown in a silent killer box. It's always been my understanding that they're two totally different baits. Now I'm seeing things about converting baits from a silent killer to a slide swimmer so I'm even more confused. Were the original foam versions called Silent Killers before they updated to the injected design? Hoping someone can clear this up for me. Thanks!

Went out monday to a new lake and only fished about 10% of it managed to get one nice one for the day on a flash carp deps 175 also had one good miss on 6 inch perch triple trout.

I have 4 baits for sale/trade. all have seen water once. baits are like new and if you need more pictures i can text them at 8649782945. one is table rock ss gan craft 178 (chartreuse) , one is a color that i can't remember the name (real oikiwa?) and then the OG deps in bloody keta bass...and finally a huddgill, thrown once in ROF 12 in dark gill. open to trades or offers. asking 60 TYD for the gan crafts and 80 TYD for the OG deps and 30 TYD for the Hudd. Hi, y'all So, I'm looking to get myself a SS or SK for a certain pattern I use quite frequently. In the lake I have in mind, the biggest bass eat large gizzard shad and yellow bass (bar fish). There are no trout in the lake, and the fish don't normally feed on bluegill. I have no experience with the Deps products, so I need some input from people who fish them frequently. My question is: for 6-8" gizzard shad and yellow bass, what size and colour should I get? Also, between the 175 SS and 250 SS, which can be fished slower? Last question: does a converted SK of either size have a different action than a SS of the same size?
